You don't have to worry about this achievement you will get it when playing through the Grand Prix but if your impatient pick single race then "Primus Dominus" circuit then "Havoc Highway" and there is a large jump right at the beginning. This is also the place I got my 4X stunt combo (see Omni-Trickster for more details).

You cant do this unless you have unlocked the track playing the grand prix. When I did choose single race it was greyed out.
