How to unlock the Headliner achievement in Ben 10: Power Trip - Definitive Guide
This achievement requires you to complete all 15 Decibel Concerts, the first one is introduced as part of the story and from then i'd suggest completing the Grashugel Forest story line until you unlock Four Arms, he's needed to get to #3 and then completing them all in one sitting. All that should take about 2 hours, doing it on your first playthrough doesn't contain any spoilers or ruin the rest of the game and the achievement is known to be glitchy if not completed in one sitting.
Anyway, the real reason you're here; Maps.
NB: #10 is inside the building, jump up the front to the first floor and run down the left corridor.
They can be done in any order and the challenges themselves are all very simple.

Are any of the area completion achievements bugged also? I just completed this one and was planning on just leaving my Xbox on until I completely finished the game because I'm worried about other glitches.

At each location(Strudelbek City, Mt. Eisberg, Grashugel Forest) there is a shopkeeper who gives away maps for 3000 gold. Buy those maps and you will see question marks pop up all over the map, all of the Decibal Concerts will be given to you via these question marks.

Well the game definitely needs a patch as my game decided to still consider the last concert as 14/15 instead of counting the last one i just completed

A warning for those who are going to do this achievement, it can bug the first time, even having done what you ask for, mine had a problem I had to play in a new save and just do this achievement of the decibel concert to go to all, then the achievement fell.

The achievement is buggy.
If you completed all the portals and did not receive the achievement, start a new game, go through the story until you appear in the Fourhand team, and then complete all the portals in one sitting. The point is that the achievement is buggy if you leave the game or reboot without completing all the portals in one session.
