How to unlock the Omni-Guard achievement in Ben 10: Power Trip - Definitive Guide

Once the tutorial is complete(which ends with your first Decibal Concert) there will be 1 of 3 missions chains to follow in Strudelbek City, Mt. Eisberg, and Grashugel Forest. If you do all 3 mission chains you will be given a quest automatically to go and grab the Omni-Guard.

So what are these mission chains? because honestly I have done almost everything in the game now and this guide is literally no help for me
