Right I thought i would give a more specific solution

Now soon as you begin change into Humungasaur. The reason for this is because he can kill MOST of the enemies in one hit.

Soon as you change run to the far right as soon as possible and line yourself up with the column so your about midway on the far right platform.

1st minute: You have only the blue robots spawning so you can just hit them as they spawn and they will die in one hit. But make sure not to move yourself as the enemies on the other platforms will see you and shoot you which will damage your health.

2nd minute: From here you will get these flying robots that shoot rockets, now don't panic. All you need to do as both enemies spawn, press B to do your power. This turns Humungasaur into a giant and kills the floating robot in one hit without having to worry about jumping up and falling into lava. Keep repeating this progress and u[p until minute 3-4 you will get the Hench minions spawn just turn around and hit them till they die with X then turn around and use your character power of pressing B. The flying minions take a while before they shoot a rocket so you will still have time to kill them and take no damage.

I did this process and it worked on my second attempt and managed to get up to nearly 7 minutes.

Anything wrong with this guide please let me know rather than just giving it a negative and ill try to improve it and I hope this helps!!!

I had some problems getting this achievement even with the solutions posted here, so I thought I would post the method that helped me.

natchnatty, the owner of the walkthrough, wrote down this piece of advise:
At the start of Survivor Mode, go to the far right platform as Ben, stand as close to the wall as possible, turn around and move left just until you can switch to Humungousaur. If done correctly, Humungousaur will be right at the edge of the wall, out of reach of the flying Techadon but in hitting range of all the enemies that will spawn on the platform, allowing you to surpass 5 minutes easily. Switch to Swampfire to heal if needed, but when done properly, you can go 5 minutes without healing.

If you can't do this correctly and therefore still get hit, just run into the wall with Hummungosaur and punch it. You will still hit your enemies, even though they are behind you. And if one of them hits you, Hummungousaur will automatically turn around and put you in the above-mentioned perfect spot.

I managed to get 3 achivements in one go with this method.

go to survival mode and go to the far left, duck and continue to punch the re spawning enemy, a flying enemy appears at the 2 min mark and then 3 then 4. I used the monster that is second left from the top the big monster dinosaur looking thing. You should get 5 kills, 5 mins survival and 300 kills this way

From the Main menu select "Play game" and then "Survival mode"

Straight away press and select Humungasaur (The selection that would be just above 9 if the wheel was a clock) Now run to the right hand side of the screen and place yourself up against the wall.

Now just keep spamming this will allow you to kill any enemies spawning on the same platform as you. If you are hit you will face away from the wall positioning you perfectly to hit all the ground enemies that are spawning.

Around the 2 minute mark a flying enemy will spawn but if you stay in the same place they can't damage you. Now around the 3 minute mark a small dog type enemy will start spawning on you but keep pressing and you'll be fine. The same will happen with a golem type of enemy around the 4 minute mark.

If your health drops you can risk it and heal yourself using this method. Press and select Swampfire (The top option, he has a green body and a red face) then pressing will allow you to heal yourself using up your green bar. Don't let your green bar run out as you will be forced back to being Ben and will be on a cooldown until you can swap back to the aliens.

This method is also an easy option to earn the following achievements, however the 50 kills one should come through natural progression in the story mode :-




Below is my video guide showing you how to do all this, I managed to do it one handed so I doubt any of you will have trouble with this.
