All of the "Defeat 150 Enemies with XXX" achievements can be grinded (ground?) at the end of level 1.
To begin, refer to:
The Protector of Earth achievement in Ben 10 Alien Force: Vilgax Attacks worth 30 pointsComplete Bellwood
The trick to this is not going beyond step #1. Do not destroy the generator with Humungosaur. Enemies will infinitely respawn, and because this is level 1, they are all easy. Just keep racking up those kills.
Don't worry about dying. The kill count is cumulative, and does not reset if you die.
Once you get the achievement, move on to the next form and repeat.

Just to add to the above post if you stay in the top right hand area you will not be hit from the guy throwing bombs at you

**WARNING**
It's been said that grinding these kills before completing the game causes one of the green badges to glitch later on making it unobtainable. I beat the game before doing this and I was fine.
The best way to do this is to first complete the game and collect every badge in the process. That way you will get kills along the way and max out your stats as well.
When that is done, select Bellwood Revisited. Once you get to the first boss, lure him to the back right corner from where you start next to the car and lamp post. Have him chase you and when he gets back there run through the gap and he will stay there while you grind the kills. Don't go too far to the left or right because he will come afer you. I stayed between the two cars on the left and just mashed X until i had enough kills for each character. The enemys respawn very fast so it only takes about 5 minutes for each character to get enough kills. Don't worry if you die, the kills don't reset.
Keep this up and you should have them all in about 1 hour. Good luck and happy grinding!
