Cannonbolt's ability is where he turns into a ball and rolls across the screen, damaging enemies in his path. For this trophy you must kill 5 enemies with a single roll. You will want to aim for smaller, weaker enemies like the jack in the box and bee enemies as it more likely you will kill them with the ability attack.
The easiest way to attempt this is to first use Grey Matter's vortex ability to group a bunch of enemies together, then switch to Cannonbolt and do his roll ability at the grouping. Once you do a roll where you kill 5 enemies during it, the trophy will pop.
