Overflow's ability is where he leaps into the air and then slams down wherever you aimed for him to do so. For this trophy you must defeat 3 enemies with a single splash ability attack. You will want to do this in a fight where there are weaker enemies (jack in the boxes, exploding bees, drones, etc) as they should die in a single attack.
The easiest way to do this is to use Grey Matter's vortex ability to group together a bunch of enemies, then quickly change to Overflow and aim his splash ability target at the grounp so he will damage them all. Once you have defeated 3 enemies with one of Overflow's ability splashes, the trophy will pop.
