There are multiple locations where you can get this trophy, but the easiest spot is in the stage The Funhouse. Later in the stage you will enter a large area where the camera is looking down at you from overhead somewhat. If you make your way towards the exit of that area in the upper right, you will see a spot where there are a ton of wooden crates stacked by some regular clowns and a Tweedledee. Grab any of those enemies and throw them at the boxes there and you should easily break more than 5 of them (if not try again with another one). Once you have you broken 5 objects with one thrown enemy, the trophy will pop.
