The Hive is the first of the stages that will give you a little bit more of a challenge to complete it in 15 minutes as it is a long level with a bunch of required fights and a boss battle at the end. Make sure you are good at switching you aliens quickly as there are a bunch of spots that will require you to use Diamondhead and Overflow (neither of which I'd suggest for speed running the level straight out). Use you abilities and Ultimates as needed if you get into battles you feel are going to take too long and hold you up.

You will also want to make sure you avoid anything that you don't need to be doing in order to advance yourself in the level. Don't bother breaking boxes, exploring, upgrading or fighting with enemies that won't release you from the energy barricades. I would use someone like Grey Matter for the majority of the stage as he is very quick and can get you through it fast (if you want to use someone else to battle during the stage in the required fighting parts that's fine). Once you finish The Hive in under 15 minutes, the trophy will pop.
