For this trophy you must hit 5 different enemies at one time with one of Grey Matter's normal attacks. To make this easier, get the Gotta Bounce upgrade as it makes the explosive area of the attack larger so it's easier to hit. Once you have it, just use his vortex ability to get a group of more than 5 enemies in one area and then shoot them to hit them all at once. Once you hit 5 enemies with one of Grey Matter's normal attack, the trophy will pop.
