Completing The Funhouse stage in under 15 minutes is a little harder due to the fact that there are more required fights during it and there is the boss at the end you must deal with. You will want to make sure you avoid anything that you don't need to be doing in order to advance yourself in the level. Don't bother breaking boxes, exploring, upgrading or fighting with enemies that won't release you from the energy barricades.

I would use someone like Grey Matter for the majority of the stage as he is very quick and can get you through it fast (outside of the sections that require other aliens or for fighting sections if you prefer a different one).

When you reach the boss Zombozo, don't worry about getting hit as much, just finish off the enemies quickly when they come out and damage Zombozo as much as possible each time he drops down to you. Once you finish "The Funhouse" in under 15 minutes, the trophy will pop.
