The Tornado can be fairly difficult to finish in under 15 minutes due to all the platforming and riding of platforms required, along with the boss battle at the end which can take some time as well. The keys to getting through it quickly is to try to get from platform to platform as quickly as possible taking chances as you do not have to worry about health as much. Just like with The Canyon, when you are in mandatory fights, I would suggest using Grey Matters vortex ability to group them towards the back of the areas and then try to attack them over the edge to kill them quickly.

As always, you will want to make sure you avoid anything that you don't need to be doing in order to advance yourself in the level. Don't bother breaking boxes, exploring, upgrading or fighting with enemies that won't release you from the energy barricades. I would use someone like Grey Matter for the majority of the stage as he is very quick and can get you through it fast (if you want to use someone else to battle during the stage in the required fighting parts that's fine). Once you finish The Tornado in under 15 minutes, the trophy will pop.
