Hit RT when u see 10 enemies ( the number is in the corner of the screen when you are surrounded by barriers) and when the RT is flashing in the bottom left of the screen. should pop. if it doesnt, like mine didnt, load the achievement screen. mine popped right then for some reason even tho i tried 100 times to get it and swore i should have had it. game is majorly glitchy. i had a boss disappear on me and had to do my speed run over.. at 8 mins on what id consider a perfect run.

When playing through any of the stages, make sure to kill everything you can so that you fill your Ultimate meter all the way up. Once you have it filled, wait until you get into a fight where there are more than 10 enemies on the screen and then activate it so that you kill them all. Once you have killed 10 enemies with a single Ultimate Ability, the trophy will pop.
