You can use the whip by pressing
for left attacks and 
for right attacks. My advice would be to focus on 1 enemy and grind them against a wall to lower their health faster. When their health bar is red keep using the whip and eventually you'll destroy the enemy chariot.

To unlock this achievement, an enemy chariot must be destroyed by your whip attack. To use your whip, press either 
or 
, depending on which side of the enemy chariot you are on. While keeping an eye on your own health, keep pressing either button to lower the enemies’ health. Make sure you are a little ahead of them so you whip their horses which will drain their health faster. Remember, the killing blow has to be from your whip for it to count.
When the meter above them disappears, they will crash and the action on the screen will go into slow motion. A small picture-in-picture window will appear at the bottom right of the screen showing the enemy crashing. If there are two gold arrows pointing down at you in that small window, then you know that it was you who caused the chariot to crash, which will unlock the achievement.
Another way to tell if you personally destroyed a chariot is by the sound heard on screen. If it is a light high-pitched tinny sound, then the enemy chariot was destroyed by other means. If it starts off as a low-pitched bass-like sound, like a “whomp”, then you destroyed them. As you play the game and enemies are destroyed, you will learn the difference of the two sounds.
