You just need to win a race, you can do this on the first race which is 2 laps. You will automatically get the win if you manage to destroy all of the chariots.

To unlock this, simply come in first place in any race, the first race being easiest. It’s not that difficult as this race is only two laps. Just ensure that you win (either by staying ahead of everyone or destroying them) and the achievement will unlock when you cross the finish line provided you are in first place.
If for some reason you don’t come in first place, you will be able to restart that race.
Note: If the five other chariots are destroyed (by you or other means), you automatically win the race.
