Yes in every part of Chapter 3 you can not die! If you do you have to restart all of this Chapter in order to unlock this gun. Make sure you don’t go down the Angel path if you want to collect this gun. I wish this gun could kill Bendy but it can’t be done (I tried lol). Also even if you try before you head down to Level 14 you will not lose the gun after you collect it! You will have this with you until you give Angel back the 5 ink hearts.
