So this isn’t so much a guide as it is location and advice. This is a carnival style shooting range you find in chapter four. You will come to a large warehouse where you have to activate 4 switches in order to open the haunted house. When you come into this area go down the steps turn right at the save time punch and it is located immediately on the left! Pick up the gun on the shelf by hitting 
and start shooting. This will test your patience and muscle memory. You have to shoot all the targets to unlock the achievement. Took me probably about 35-40 tries in rapid succession to finish. One last small piece of advice is that if you fail you can hit to exit and start over. Good luck and don’t give up you will get it!

Just wanted to add that if you turn the brightness all the way down it makes the crosshair a bit easier to see, the thing I struggled with most was trying to see where I was actualy aiming.

Yeah, this one's a hard one, turning brightness right down to zero defiantly helps, but I'm struggling on the ones with 3 targets to shoot!
