Chapter one: Radio is behind the door that has light coming out from under it. If you miss the light the door is found near the stairs. Go up the stairs and head left down the hall, the door with the radio is the first door on the right.
Chapter Two: The Radio is in Sammy's office on the far right side. You have to go in there for the story so this one is near unmissable.

does this have to be done in one run? Or can I just go back and get the radio I missed in chapter one when im finished.

My experience is that all the collectibles, including the radio, have to be done in one run. On my second playthrough for all the collectibles none of the achievements popped half way through, they all only popped at the end.
