I just wanted to add that like a lot of achievements in this game this one can glitch. I finished the game it said I unlocked the archives but I go to check it out and get my achievement and it still says locked.

We get it in the Archive (opens after completing all 5 chapters). We stand in Henry Stein's place with our back to the wall looking at the entire room
