Just in case someone gets stuck on this like I did. It's important to know that you can only get this achievement after you've gotten into wally's closet AND Sammy's office.
To unlock it switch on the projector next to the audio log. Then run down stairs and go back to the projector. Look at the stage and there should be a bendy standing in front of one of the chairs. Repeat this nine time for a total of nine bendys on stage. After that the audio log in Sammy's office will tell you the solution of the puzzle. To get the solution hit the projector again run down stairs and hit the instruments on stage in the order that the audio log from Sammy's office told you to do it. For me it was drum, violin, drum, piano. IDK if the solution changes on separate play through a so listen to the file in Sammy's office just to be sure. One last thing, if your having trouble hitting the instruments before the projector turns off. You can stand on the chair below the projector in the stage room and hit it from down there, completely skipping having to run down stairs after hitting it and saving some time. After the door opens for Sammy's sanctuary simply walk through and the achievements for the bendys on stage as well as the one for solving the music puzzle will unlock. Happy hunting.

Addition/Correction - I actually did this one by accident last night, since I didn't know what I was doing. You don't NEED access to either Wally's closet or Sammy's office first, the bendy's appear without doing that first, because I did the setup for it just at random, because I noticed them appearing on stage. To GET the achievement, requires access to both, which you pretty much have to do to advance the game anyways. Basically, just turn the projector on, leave the room, and go back, and each time a Bendy appears on the stage. Just make sure every chair has a Bendy in front of it BEFORE you open the Sanctuary, thus completing the music puzzle, and this achievement as well. :)

You need nine Bendy cutouts in the Music Room in Chapter 2 for this trophy. Each time you turn on the projector, you need to go down to the music room and watch the cartoon for a moment.
