Easily done throughout the course of the game. Use the X,X,Y combo when fighting enemy groups. Also going carnal will help a bit in getting this.

The best combo to get this with is the ,, combo and its one of the best combos in the game, just keep doing this combo when your fighting big groups of enemies (which there are plenty of) and you should get this before the end of the game.
