Here is a quick and easy guide on how to get the achievement, which i'll write out:

1. Select the "level editor" on the starting screen.
2. In the options on the far left, go to the bottom one titled "virtual".
3. Select your first option, "Insignia", and place a bunch of them right in front of the starting box.
4. Build a quick machine that can drive forward.
5. Start, drive forward into the Insignias, and the level will be completed.

One small remark: Make sure to add enough insignia's, like +10 or so.

if glitched and the achievement isn't unlocking for you.. i had to close the game -> enter airplane mode (anything that turns off internet will work here i think) -> turn back on game and get back into main menu -> turn back on internet -> complete requirements for achievment again and then there's like a 50% chance it pops.. this is a glitchy mess and i highly avoid you just stay away from the (pc version of the) game

Also you don't need to add 10 insignias, you can just keep driving over the same ones. (I did it with 3, took seconds)
