This is Krolmar, zone 45. Download a vehicle called "Surprise". Hold and when you get to the island, hit .

The level "Towering Eye" is the first level in Stage 4 - Krolmar. You need to defeat this level without being hit. Very tricky!

On the Windows version, what worked for me was downloading the workshop creation "Auto Last Level" designed by Orrymonster. It's basically a series of 14 propeller missiles that fly off and hit their targets as soon as you start the game.
*This creation was meant to be used on "The Last Stand", but it works here too.

*The guide suggested using "Surprise" (the huge box that explodes) but I couldn't get it to complete the level before getting hit.

How to access the Workshop:
-After you load into the level, look in the top left and click on the icon of a Folder with an arrow pointing up.
-At the top right click on the blue button for "Browse Workshop".
-Use the search engine in the top right to look for "Auto Last Level". At time of writing it's on the second page.
-Click on the Subscribe button (which is Download).
-Close out of this menu, and close out of the last menu to refresh your downloads.
-Click on the Folder with up arrow, and then Workshop Items.
-Your new download should be here. Double-click to load it in the game.

How to access the Creation:
-Press space and watch the propellers gooooo!
-If it doesn't work the first time, try a couple of times. The physics in this game is a little random sometimes.
-You can also press V to self-destruct them if needed.
