I created a vehicle called "Exceptional Thief Achievement". Download from workshop.
- Gain altitude
- Turns on one of the 4 propellers on each side.
- Will release the grabber (will auto grab).
The vehicle will slowly decrease in altitude when is not on. Once you grab the item, you can use the side propellers to give it enough speed to lift it out.

I struggled with this and used my own. its called "crane for duke knowledge"
