How to unlock the Thunderstruck achievement in Besiege - Definitive Guide


For a written walkthrough:

1. Load up the second campaign: TOLBRYND
2. Load up the first mission: Zone 16
3. Quickly build a basic drivable/steerable machine.
4. Behind the wall you'll see a rain cloud, drive around the left side to the back.
5. Drive right under the rain, and in a very short time, you'll be struck by lightning.

Zone 16 is the last one on the 1st island, not the 1st one on the 2nd island.

Go to zone 16 “The Duke’s Plea”. Create any car or download one. Drive the car the back of the castle with cn_RT and usecn_LS to steer. There will be a cloud, go under the cloud and it will hit you.

Achievement unlocked!!!

The easiest location I found was Zone 24 - Midland Patrol. There are two storm clouds in the back of the area, just sit under one until it strikes you.
