First go to the workshop and grab a build called "Mechanic"
Start up Consumed King (Valfross, Zone 42)
Drive into the skull and catch the king into the little tray on the back, then drive to the end point.

I couldn't get him in my car so I basically got him on the ground and pushed him into the end point.

If you’d prefer to get this without downloading someone else’s model, basically stick to the main tab of wooden blocks, steering components, and metal bracing.
With a thin, wedge like shape, you should be able to get into the skull and drag out the king
