This achievement is for completing the fifth room. Solution for this room in the least amount of steps is described below.
Grab the Data Disk from inside the Time Machine and then head down the hallway, look for a keypad on the right, code is "15081".

The Enter Isobi Labs achievement in Between Time: Escape Room worth 108 pointsOpen the door to Isobi Labs.
Go into the room and select the computer in the middle on the right, select where it says, "NUCLEAR ENERGY ENGINE CODE". The code is, "32948". Then head to the levers then opened up on the wall. There are 9 levers and these are the positions they should be in.
From left to right:
TOP
MIDDLE
BOTTOM
MIDDLE

Now head to your left and select the next puzzle on the wall. It says, "ARCHIMEDIAN SPACE TRAVEL SYSTEM". There is an orange line on each of the 5 knobs, you want that facing a certain direction.
From left to right:
RIGHT
LEFT
DOWN
UP
DOWN
Leave the room and go to your right to the puzzle on the wall. You want to put the colored squares in a certain order. The order is BLUE-GREEN-YELLOW-PURPLE-RED. Now head to your right and select the computer in the elevator.
Achievement Unlocked. Game Complete.
The game doesn't actually end until you go back to your time machine, but the final achievement unlocks before that.
