This achievement is for escaping the first room in the game. Below is a guide describing only the necessarily steps in order to escape.
Walk to the number padlock, it has the letters A and B on the side. The code is "384665", grab the item inside the drawer when it opens. Next, select the puzzle on the side of the cabinet that is above the computer, which is above the drawer you just opened. You drag the circle puzzle pieces into the correct place, solution pictured below.

Grab the key from the jar after the cabinet opens. Now walk to your left and select the small red cabinet on the left side of the door to open it with the key. Then select the puzzle inside to start it. The solution is below, just press
on each piece to rotate them to the correct position.

The achievement will unlock once the puzzle is complete. Head into the time machine to the next room.
