This is the 6th mission of the main campaign. The main objectives in this mission are to plant the C4 and then exfiltrate.
This is probably the easiest mission in the entire game. You simply need to cross the bridge from where you begin. Once you're about halfway across the bridge you need to plant the C4. Once this is done you are free to go to the exfiltration point. There are quite a few enemies at the opposite side of the bridge but you can easily take them out from a distance using your sniper rifle. Continue towards the truck and then escape the area to complete the mission. The trophy will pop soon after.
