I found the easy place to get this for free is White Tail Medium (Pine County) 2-4. After killing the first buck a group of 4 bluebirds fly in from the left. Now they disappear fast so you need to quick on the spacebar. Then you just need to take out the squirrel coming down the tree on the right.

apparently it's not always the same level, i just kept picking that one, and if it wasn't right i backed out and tried again. only took about 5 tries to find it. when i did i got all the critters and shot a doe. popped the achievement and quit back out of arcade mode.
