From the main menu select Online, then Custom game, then Find. Now just join any of the open games. The achievement should unlock as soon as the lobby loads.

If you can't find any, make sure you set your region to all. I couldn't find a single custom game until I did that.
Of course that's now, since it's GWG there's actually people currently playing it, might change in the future, since the game seems pretty poor.

It works perfectly , after finding some custom game , i enter the lobby then the achievement just pop , no need to play the game just go back to the main menu

Similar to "Game Designer" but this will require you to join a custom game instead. You can trade this achievement with "Game Designer" with a friend quickly.
