I would do this as soon as possible as it appears this game's online mode wasn't very active before going free with Gold.
Join an online game (either custom or quickplay). Make sure there are four players in the lobby (yourself included), and start the match. Play through the entire match, and the achievement is yours. It doesn't matter if your opponents leave midway through the game, you're good as long as the match starts with four people.
Tip: if you're having trouble finding a game, you can search for a game in all regions.

I've had 3-4 games so far, and people will just keep leaving midway through, does it have to just start with 4 players? Or do the matches have to end with 4?
Alright, finished a match to check, you just have to start with 4 players, you don't have to end the match with 4. Thank god.

You should also note in the options you can change your searching for all regions makes find a game easier :)
Yeah, I couldn't find any custom games to join for that achievement until I changed my region to all.

Oh thank god you don't need all 4 in at the end. Someone disconnected between the lobby and the game start, but I still got the pop at the end of the match.

i started the game with 3 we played 3 rounds each a different map in rotation. A fourth player joined he left almost straight away after failing to knock a player off and died because of trying. We finished that map with 3 players the next map came up and it was another person and me left. We played the next map and half way through he looked at my chevos and then he killed himself to allow me to get this and a bunch of others. Real cool when you meet a another who likes chevos as much as most of us do and allows you to get them
