you will have to finish a round without using fists, so I advise you to use the shield to defend yourself or simply run away and avoid opposing fists, you just need to get to the portal, remember that you can't open the caskets.

I had one round were I used my fists the next I didn't and didn't make it to the portal alive I had run out of lives and it poped ( in a custom game )

You can't use the 
button for an entire round. Just run and jump.
