It took me a while to figure this out. On the map screen there is an egg on every island you completed.

blue egg = 100%
red egg= 75%
small red egg = under 75%

Hope this helps and somebody can confirm it!

You need all 40 islands with at least 75%. Not hard at all, I had only 2 islands I needed to replay.

For me it looks like a small blue egg for less than 75% rather than small red but otherwise seems right ^^
