As the other solution state, u have to build up trust with Faye. I would recommend picking Faye as a teammate during chapter 4. Make sure to agree with her and also make lots of kills. I was playing on soldier difficulty and got this cutscene with 2 1/2 bars of trust. I dont agree that you have to have maximum trust to earn this.

hello, I have had success in making "chapter selection", and in Chapter 4 when they arrive at the resistance, just as when looking at this passage from the kinematics, to resume the control of the character, and success is yours, dumoin I got it like that.

Definitely don't have to max her trust as I also got it at about 2.5 bars.

you NEED the following:
Faye at least level 3 (mostly filled to bar 4) AND Cain at level 2+ ;after that event you get quite a boost in trust with Faye. I never choose Ca in except for level 4-3. that and the level in which you must take him along gives you more then enough trust with him. If Cains trust is only level 1 he will interrupt your "kissy time" with Faye (and some light ass-grabbing).
Also its on level 4-4 right at the start...

I was 1.9 with Cain (didn`t played with him at all) and didn`t get that. Your solution is corrECT. Do I need to start all over again to get the achiviement?

I just beat the campaign last night and unlocked chapter select. For curiosities sake, I went right to 4-4 and let the cinematic play. It was a little different than when I originally played the game. To avoid spoilers, I will just say that it was definitely the love scene and I got the achievement. I checked the trust levels once the cinematic was done and I guess it had defaulted to both of them just under 2 by default.

Trust-related, missable trophy
Raise Faye's trust level to "Very High" by the end of Chapter 4, Scene 3 - Underground Parking Lot for a special cutscene.

This achievement is missable. This achievement occurs in Chapter 4 after fighting the Gorilla. You will attempt doctor work on Faye and she will kiss you. This only occurs if you have a high trust, bar 4, with Faye.
Refer to "MAX trust: Big Bo" on some tips and methods to gain trust early on.
