How to unlock the All Members achievement in BINARY DOMAIN - Definitive Guide

As you progress through the story, you'll pick up a few new faces. The last one to collect is Shindo. Just make sure that you've selected each person to be on your team. This must be at points where the game forces you to choose which people you want. As soon as you can select Shindo, you can get this achievement. It pops right after you start the mission with the last person you need for the achievement.

Squad members are Big Bo (you start with him), Charlie, Rachael, Faye (who you collect after you slide down the Sea Wall and escape the huge white robot whose name escapes me), Cain (the robot sidekick, you get him when you link up with the French team) and Shindo (who you get when you link up with the Resistance).

EDIT: You must MANUALLY add each team member to your party. If they are put there by natural story progression (like how you already have Big Bo right at the start), it does not count toward the achievement. You must select them yourself in the character menu that pops up from time to time.

Its not glitched; popped for me when I added Shindo. The Japanese cop is automatically added; not manually - he doesn't count for the achievement. You must MANUALLY add them to your team. When they are placed their for the main story is does NOT count.

i added each one to the team MANUALLY, chievo did NOT pop.
i'll see if i am more lucky in my second playthrough.

This also works with Chapter Select after you have beaten the game. For example, you only get a few chances to manually add Shindo. I didn't do that, then after I finished the game I loaded 4-3 and chose him, got it there.

As Scruffy says above, despite the "missable" flag it DOES carry over between playthroughs; I didn't add Charlie until my 2nd playthrough on No Mercy difficulty and as soon as I did the achievement popped.

Add each teammate (Bo, Faye, Charlie, Rachael, Cain, & Shindo) to your party at least once. There are times when the story dictates your party members. For example, Bo being in your party at the start of the game does not count towards this trophy. You have to actually add him when given the choice later. This trophy carries over to chapter select and future playthroughs.

This is technically missable but is really easy, you can’t get this until chapter four and all you have to do is pick each member at least once to your squad. Story missions where certain members are forced into your squad does not count. You have to actually physically pick them.

A simple trophy, the description speaks for itself - go through the episode with each of the fighters in your squad and the trophy is yours. Sometimes the right to choose to compose a team will happen 2 or even 3 times per chapter, so take it quickly.

You won’t be able to get the trophy right away, but only by Chapter 4, when Kane and Shindo appear.
