During the story you deal with the other tribes to align them with your cause or subdue them so that they take your side. The way you do this is by taking over Tribe Outposts, then taking over their fort. Each Tribe has 3 Outposts, so you will earn this trophy after capturing all Outposts for the second tribe you go after.

This is straightforward enough. You will be tasked with taking over tribe outposts as part of the main story, so to earn this trophy as the description says; you just need to do 6 of them.
This popped for me after taking over the last Netra Tribe outpost before being tasked with defeating the leader of this tribe at the Netra Fortress.

The, Pants, Party
As described above in The Dragon (55G) you must take over a minimum of six outposts to be able to defeat two of the five tribes and tackle their forts, so you will get this automatically working toward that achievement.
