Pretty simple just get 10 of each crafting resource, if you don't have this by the end since it seems to be all at one time just save, dismantle everything you have then it should pop. The resources are: Plank (Looks like a wood plank), Rubby (Rubber tire Piece), E-waste (Microchip), Kilink (metal gear), Polym (idk what this looks like, but it's plastic lol)

I've noticed the trackers for this seem to be a bit buggy, hopefully it's fixed with the next update

In the crafting menu there are 5 resource types (Metal, Wood, Plastic, Rubber and E-Waste) you will be collecting throughout the world as you explore and loot from crates, resource totems, bags, enemies etc. These parts are required for upgrades, mods etc. for your character and weapons.
