This achievement is bugged for me. Not sure if something with an update broke it or what, but I’ve gone into every manhole in the game and nothing. Even started a new character for the same result. Perpetually stuck at 67% and very annoying for it to be the final achievement I need for 1000gs.

@GirGASM I was encountering the same issue but what I did notice that is if the game triggers a save when getting off the ladder at the bottom then it should count. Mine popped after my 5th. I think the game isn’t triggering a save in some manholes and that’s what’s stopping it from counting. Hope this helps

Manholes lead to locations called “Gutways”. You can find these normally in the middle of roads, and they can be seen on the map with the circular manhole with a light shining out of it.
For this achievement you need to enter 3 different Gutways. You don’t need to complete the area, only enter it so it shows you being inside and giving the location objectives.

Manholes are littered around the map and have steam coming out of them as an indicator as to where they are when you are near them. As you may expect, they appear mainly on the main roads or sometimes in hazardous areas. Just hop down 3 of them to earn this trophy.
