I completed this while on the mjut mount. Just keep shooting the pink balls on the legs until it falls and you have a qte to pull a tooth. There are four teeth to pull and more than enough health to do so.

Just adding that it only works during the first phase, so before you are able to distract him with glittermoths. I had to restart and take a weaker gun because I only had three QTEs to pull out teeth before phase one was done.

NOTE: Make a save before each boss in case you mess up the requirement for the trophy specific to each boss.

*Missable*

Before this boss is introduced as a mission, you will acquire a Grabbler (Grappling Hook) from the Netra Tribe which you can use on this boss to remove the teeth from his mouth.

As you weaken him (hit the white spots on his knees), there will be a small sequence where he will open his mouth and you will be prompted to press

to lasso and pull his teeth out.

There are 4 teeth to remove and once you have done all 4, the trophy will pop.

You only have one shot at this achievement, so be sure to save prior to entering the area where you fight Hoof Puff. During this fight you will be on a mount and can use your gun to shoot the pink bubble-like wounds on its legs. Shoot both of the spots on the front legs and the boss will be stunned and fall down with its mouth open. During this time, press

to hook onto a tooth and pull it out. Repeat three more times to get all four teeth out to unlock the achievement.
