Hi All

The achievement description is a little misleading, there are more than 30 alters in total.

You can find alters scattered throughout the map. They are small cone shaped tent things, pressing Y will allow you to interact with them and get PSI upgrade points.

Discover all 30 Altars

While the achievement description states to find “all 30”, there are actually far more than 30 altars present in BIOMUTANT. You only need to find ANY 30. They are called Psyonic Shrines in-game.

Each enemy Outposts has an Altar in it, usually to the left or right after going through the main entrance. These are the first 18 locations easily visible on the world map and have fast travel points, so they are very fast to find. Then the remaining 12 are open world ones.

Altars are scattered everywhere, such as in forts, out in the open, in camps, and some are defended by medium to large sized enemies. Interact with them by pressing triangle. Once you have located and interacted with all 30 Altars in the game, you will unlock the trophy.

These are actually called Psionic Shrines in the game (not altars), and there are more than 30 available to find. These reward Psi Points when used. Finding any 30 of them will unlock the achievement. You can use this guide to find enough to unlock the achievement. Every rival tribe fort has one which gets you more than halfway, and you'll find a ton of them out in the wild.

Note: Remember to save up 16 Psi Points for the Electrified (10G) achievement.
