How to unlock the Nautica achievement in Biomutant - Definitive Guide
There are 3 water resistance levels. It‘s not everywhere the same but usually level 1 is blue water, level 2 is green and level 3 is brown water. You need to find enough parts for the Googlide to be able to equip the level 3 motor and glide through brown water. I‘m not quite sure but you need to find about 5-6 upgrade-crates for the first level 3 motor to appear.
Brown water is located in the North-East of the map. Pretty hard to miss.

There's also some brown water at the southeast (3H?), it's around an island (monster island?).

Yeah it’s in the lake/swamp south of Netra Fortress around “Freek Isle”

Ride the Googlide across all Water Resistance Levels
The Googlide is a jetski-like watercraft that you obtain during the main quest from Goop at Subnautica Station. Once you obtain it you can summon it in most water areas using the mount menu.
There are three different levels of water resistance that the Googlide can only go through if you have the appropriate level or higher motor equipped, with different motors being obtained by opening Googlide Wrekboxes. The water resistance levels are normal blue water at level 1, green water at level 2, and brown water at level 3.
Drive your Googlide in each of these water types with the correct level motor or higher equipped to earn this trophy. If you manage to obtain a level 3 motor early from one of the boxes then you can just use that all the time as it works for all water resistance levels.

When you unlock the Googlide (a jet-ski essentially) given as a quest by Goop at Subnautica Station, hold on the D-Pad and when you have got the upgrades available and make sure you upgrade the Googlide engine to Level 3 and then travel through the 3 different water colour types.
Blue – Lvl1
Green – Lvl2
Brown – Lvl3
You need to find Googlide Wreckboxes first which have the upgrades inside and are tasked with these as side mission.
The trophy will ding in once you have travelled through all three.

The Googlide is a watercraft that allows you to travel across the rivers and lakes in the game. There are three different water resisteance levels: clear blue water is Level 1, green water is Level 2, and brown water is Level 3. You will need to unlock the Googlide as part of the main story and it will also begin a side-quest to track down all the Googlide Wrekboxes in the game. Continue following that side-quest until you unlock a Level 3 motor, which will allow you to travel through all the different water types. Then simply travel across each type with your Level 3 motor to unlock the achievement. You can clearly see the water types on the world map based on their color.

There are three types of water: normal, green and dirty. As usual, the slimesurf will immediately float. On the green one - pump up to the 2nd level, on the polluted one - up to the third. To level up, you need to complete a sidequest - find boxes with improvements.
