When completing a quest called GULP you will unlock the Googlide.
You should receive a side quest while using the Googlide for parts for it.
Once you have collected 5 different ones, press down on the D-pad to switch between them.

Find and Equip 5 Different Googlide Upgrades
Goop can be found at Subnautica Station, and he sends you on the main quest to find parts for the Googlide. After you find the first one during the main quest you obtain the side quest “The Googlide”, which points you to the other 8 locations of Googlide upgrades. Each Googlide Wrekbox includes 2 items in it, so you only need to find 3 then equip any 5 parts other than the starting ones to earn this achievement.

You will obtain the Googlide as part of the main story, and be led to one of the Googlide Wrekboxes with various parts for it. You will then receive a side-quest pointing you to the rest of the Wrekboxes for more parts. Collect a few boxes and press 
when inside it to customize it. Switch parts a total of five times to unlock the achievement.
