This is a fun one. You need to get the mushroom ability with the bio-points, fire a mushroom, and bounce on it. Rinse and repeat until the achievement pops. This doesn't count bouncing the baddies from what I can tell; I was close on the count and found an area that was clear of baddies and started jumping. It popped for me with nobody else around.

Unlocked the ability and bounced on it 50 times (~10 each cast).
Ability is specifically called "Fungi" under Mutations -> Biogenetics.

You will start to earn or collect Bio Points as you defeat enemies and discover areas and using these points will allow you to purchase Mutations that are classed as different Biogenetics.
To find these in the menu go to:
Character > Mutations > Biogenetics and then scroll down to Fungi.
To purchase Fungi you will need 4 Bio Points and once you have purchased it, you will need to assign the ability to a button on the controller to use. Once you have done this, when you are back in the game, hold
, press your assigned button for the mutation and a mushroom will spawn in the ground. From here simply jump onto the mushroom until it disappears and rinse and repeat. You get 10-11 bounces off one mushroom, so repeat the process 5 times and the trophy will be yours.
If you don’t want to use your points, make a save, follow the steps above, get the trophy and then reload your save to save your Bio Points.

Fungus is a skill that requires four Bio-points to unlock. You can simply unlock it and bounce on the mushroom that grows about a dozen times before it disappears, then use the skill again and repeat until the achievement unlocks. can be performed outside of combat, just call a mushroom and stand on it. from each call 9-13 jumps.
