Any suggestion as to which body build we should consider?

You can play on EASY DIFFICULTY and still unlock all achievements, if you so choose.

There are 2 chests after you use the "claw bar" to slide down the pipe;
One is on the right across a gap.
The other is behind you after climbing the chain. You have to jump on the ledges around the room to access the chest. Those are just the chests I found, so there may be more.

This is story related and can‘t be missed, you will get this during the (unskippable) tutorial.

Story-related cannot be missed

This will be your first trophy and will pop once you leave/escape Bunker 101 and the game opens up for exploration.

The first ‘mission’ if you will serves as a tutorial to get you used to the game play and various RPG elements and is very linear so see it through to its end to start the game proper.
