How to unlock the Bionically Challenged achievement in Bionic Commando - Definitive Guide
Challenges are NOT listed in unlock order and most cannot be started until you progress though the game unlocking new weapons and/or abilities with your bionic arm. Some can be stacked and done all at once i.e.:- Kaboom, The Turn and The River. I have tried to group the in some sort of order for ease. Any YouTube videos or links are not mine and full credit is given to the named person on said links.
Weapons usage challenges
Close Up:-Shoot an enemy while zoomed
Kaboom:-Kill 1 grunt with a grenade
The turn:-kill 4 grunts with 1 grenade
The river:-kill 5 grunts with a single grenade
Man locked up:-Use the tarantulas lock on to kill one infantry unit
Rocket man:-kill 10 enemies with the tarantula
Air to surface:-kill 6 enemies with the tarantula while swinging. (not all at once and you DO NOT need to be swinging, and you must be grappled onto a post/crane not a wall/cliff)
Stroke of luck:-kill 1 enemy with the bulldog
Let the dog out:-kill 3 grunts with one shoot from the bulldog
Explosive delivery:-kill 2 grunts while swinging with one bulldog shot (see air to surface)
Bulldogs eye:-kill 2 grunt from 120 meters away with 1 bulldog shot (www.youtube.com/watch?v=nB2BXikxQCw shows the best place to do it)
Two hit wonder:-kill 2 enemies with one shoot from the HIKER
Drive by:-kill 3 grunts wuth the HIKER while swinging (see air to surface)
Lead sprayer:-kill 30 grunts with the HIKER
Arm and Wire Challenges
Whoo-Paah:-kill 1 grunt with a whip spin attack
Lash out:-kill 4 grunts with a single whip spin
Crowd control:-kill 6 grunts with 1 whip spin
Train Block:-pull down the vehicle blocking your way
Train Wreck:- Pull down 3 train cars
Kick in the back:-perform 2 zip kicks (does not have to kill so can be done on one grunt)
Incoming:-kill 1 enemy with a death from above
Barrage:-kill 3 enemies with a single death from above
Shellshock:-kill 5 enemies with 1 death from above
Down to earth:-kite a grunt and pull him down onto a second grunt (must kill the second grunt)
The pinball effect:-kill 2 enemies with 1 thrown object
Worthy foe:-kill 3 biomechs in hand2hand
Receiving end:-throw an object at an enemy
Pull:-kill an airborne enemy with a thrown object
The pitcher:-kill 50 enemies with thrown objects (I found it easiest to throw the dead bodies at them when in a group, save ammo and kills fast)
Jabber man:-kill 10 grunts hand2hand
Feel the beat, Y'all!:-kill 30 grunts in hand2hand
Go to heaven:-use kite on a grunt and kill him in the air
Shoot 'em up!:-kite 15 grunts and kill them in the air (must still be at the end of the anchor when the last bit of health is removed)
Leap up!:perform a leap up
First swing:-swing for the first time
Swinger:-make 3 consecutive swings
Speed swinger:-chain 5 consecutive swings
Monkey man:-swing for 30 metres without touching anything (swing and let go from a good height and try not to hit anything or the floor until it says challenge complete)
Hand2hand:-kill 1 grunt hand2hand
Reel in:-reel in 3 times (can be done all at once on the same grapple)
Bosses
Out of the bush:-destroy the buraq
Can you dig it:-Defeat the Mohole
The constructor:-Defeat the constructor
Enemy combat
Nemesis:-kill 350 grunts
Biomech sweeper:-kill 15 biomechs
Slayer:-kill 25 enemies
Anti air measures:-destroy 1 polycraft
Torn to pieces:-while in the air destroy 1 polycraft (just jump when your shooting the final shots for the kill)
Fair fight:-kill one biomech
Cracker:-kill 5 biomechs
The bold approach:-hit a biomech with a death from above (does not have to kill just hit them)
Spence in the air:-finish of a polycraft with adrenaline finisher (when its almost died grapple and press y+b must have full adrenaline bar)
Come out and play:-finish off a biomech with adrenaline finisher (when its almost died grapple and press y+b must have full adrenaline bar and grapple the back of the mech)
Headshot bonanza:-kill 50 grunts with headshots
Poly crusher:-kill 10 polycraft
Blood trial:-kill 10 grunts
This next bit I’m not 100% sure on but in the challenge page when you press the back button it says collectables and also says challenge complete when you get all the area collectables and on my plays though the game i did hardest mode and didn't go for any stuff at all then replayed on normal mode and got all collects and challenges down in the same run (just to be on the safe side)

I just wanted to point out that you missed an Arm and Wire challenge. The challenge is: Whip 'Em Good - Kill 50 grunts using the Whip Spin attack. Very nice solution, thumbs up!

Nice guide/list of the challenges, this was one of the harder achievements ive come across but this made things some-what easier :)

Basically as stated in the other solutions you just need to complete every challenge through one playthrough of the game. I would suggest playing through on the easiest difficulty to get them though. Also i focused on getting the challenges done only. That way you never get pointless kills just to get kills. They all go towards a challenge.
Also a nice thing that i noticed is that you DON'T have to get all the collectibles as well. i got maybe 20 max and i got the achievement. So you don't have to be focused on getting kills and exploring the map for them at the same time.
Also the achievement doesn't pop until after the credits finish rolling. Props to JHunz for that one.

Method: Just follow this guide, mark off all challenges that have been completed, and be cautious. Remember, you cannot go back to re-do challenges and challenges do not save unless you reach a checkpoint.
Note: Not all of the challenges earn you a trophy, but they must all be completed for this trophy. For information on all of the challenges and tips on how to complete them, please see the guide here: Bionic Commando Guide
To unlock this achievement you need to complete ALL of the challenges in the game, in one playthrough. The only challenges you do not need to complete for this achievement are the collectible challenges. This achievement can be unlocked on any of the three difficulties.
Many of the challenges are tied to achievements, but there are also a large number of challenges that must be completed for this achievement that are not tied to the achievements.
