How to unlock the Down To Earth achievement in Bionic Commando - Definitive Guide
Prerequisite: Complete "Go to Heaven" Challenge (Kill a grunt while in the air with the Kite move (Y) before he hits the ground.)
The "Down To Earth" challenge consists of kiting a grunt(Y) and then throwing him(B) into another grunt.
Go to an area with two or more grunts, highlight one of them using (LT), then press (Y). This will kite him into the air, once he is in the air, press (B) and it will smash him into the other grunt.

This just isn't unlocking for me and im doing what you've wrote =/

Challenge: 'Kite' a 'Grunt' and pull him down on another 'Grunt'.
Method: This requires 2 'Grunts' in the same area. Grab onto a 'Grunt' using , 'Kite' them into the air by pressing , and then toss them at the other 'Grunt' using . The 'Grunt' that is used as the 'Kite' can be alive or dead.
This challenge will start after you complete the "Go to Heaven" challenge, and requires you to Kite one Grunt and then throw him at another.
Find an area with two or more Grunts, attach to one of the Grunts using , press to Kite him, then press to smash him into another Grunt. It does NOT matter if the Grunt you Kite is alive or dead.
