Unlocked by completing the challenge: Explosive Delivery.

Kill 2 grunts with the Bulldog (grenade launcher) while swinging.

There's probably a lot of easy spots to do this, but I did it on Act 2 - Fissure 4. After killing the polytech, I swung over to the crane on the left hand side and just stayed hanging whilst spamming fire, got it first or second grenade, since there's only a small path and the grunts all come running towards you :)

Challenge: Kill 2 'Grunts' with the 'Bulldog' while swinging.
Method: Again like the other swinging challenges, kills are culminative and do not require you to be swinging, only hanging.

This challenge will start after you complete the "Stroke of Luck" challenge, and requires you to kill 2 Grunts whilst swinging using the Bulldog.

As with the "Air to Surface" and the "Drive-by" challenges/achievements you do NOT have to kill both enemies during the same swing, or with one shot, just over time.

Equip the Bulldog, find some enemies, start swinging and use the Bulldog to kill two enemies.
