"Escaped Minerva's Den"
At the end of the third area of Minerva's Den (The Thinker) after you defeat Reed Wahl, you will walk through the area a bit learning the story of who you really are (there are no enemies). At the end of the linear walkthrough, you will get to a Bathysphere with Tannenbaum waiting in it for you. Once you go inside of and pull the lever, this achievement will unlock and the DLC campaign is done.
