You will get this by playing through the story. Near the end of the third area of Minerva's Den (The Thinker) you will have to fight Reed Wahl. This achievement will unlock after you defeat him.

Story related, cannot be missed. You will unlock this achievement upon defeating Reed Wahl towards the end of the final level, The Thinker.

You will get this before you finish the final level i.e. before you unlock the Logout trophy. Once you attempt to take control of The Thinker, Reed Wahl will appear and swear vengeance. This is a difficult battle so make sure to use your most powerful weapons and lots of health. Destroy the Alpha Series and Reed Wahl himself and as soon as he is killed, you will unlock the trophy. Pick up the access card from him and follow the arrow.
